Join us in this exciting role where you will utilise your clinical expertise and commercial acumen to support patients with chronic conditions in primary care settings. As a clinical pharmacist at Interface Clinical Services, an IQVIA business, you will aid practices with clinical tools and identify opportunities for clinical reviews. Work across GP practices across south Wales and/or the South West of England, ensuring adherence to protocols and service operating instructions. Support practices to provide clinical tools and resources to help manage patients with long-term conditions. Foster awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care settings.

Enhance relationships with practices and local NHS organisations while delivering clinical services within defined bounds. Interface Clinical Services is the largest UK organisation to fully employ a team of pharmacists, operating in partnership with the NHS and industry. Enjoy hybrid working with travel as required and remote home working.

Become a clinical expert in long-term conditions like AF, asthma, COPD, diabetes, and heart failure. Requirements

  • Must be a GPhC registered pharmacist
  • MPharm essential
  • CPPE / PCPEP desirable
  • Community or primary care experience desirable
  • Willing to travel as required, along with remote (home) working
  • A keen passion to make a positive difference to patients’ long-term health
  • Driven work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Support practices to provide clinical tools and resources to help manage patients with long-term conditions
  • Ensure clinical services are delivered within the bounds of protocols, service operating instructions and systems
  • Identify opportunities for clinical reviews at individual practice level, PCN or CCG level where there is clinical need
  • Enhance the awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care
  • Assist in developing long lasting relationships with practices and local NHS organisations
