Clinical Pharmacist

As a clinical pharmacist at Interface Clinical Services, an IQVIA business, you will aid practices with clinical tools and identify opportunities for clinical reviews. Work across GP practices across south Wales and/or the South West of England, ensuring adherence to protocols and service operating instructions. Support practices to provide clinical tools and resources to help manage patients with long-term conditions. Foster awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care settings.

Enhance relationships with practices and local NHS organisations while delivering clinical services within defined bounds. Interface Clinical Services is the largest UK organisation to fully employ a team of pharmacists, operating in partnership with the NHS and industry. Enjoy hybrid working with travel as required and remote home working.
