Nuvem Rx’s Pharmacy Management Team is looking for a compassionate, patient centric Pharmacist to manage and grow our pharmacy presence. You will feel empowered in managing your pharmacy, personnel, client relationships, clinic support and patient population. As Pharmacy Manager, manage pharmacy relationship with health center client, engaging with providers and staff.
Provide drug related education, act as a member of the patient care team, and attend clinical meetings. Demonstrate the highest standard of patient quality care from advising on prescriptions to helping chronic and specialty conditions. Patient’s health, compliance, and satisfaction are most important.
Facilitate a team culture that promotes caring, enthusiasm, and pride by leading and directing pharmacy staff to achieve specific goals. Manage staff pharmacist and technicians, motivate, inspire, and develop them by addressing knowledge gaps through education and training. Opportunity to work closely with providers to deliver exceptional patient care.
Oversee pharmacy operational management including patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and customer service. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, frauds waste and abuse, federal, state, local laws, and facility policies. Focus on inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or PharmD in Pharmacy degree from an accredited university
- Required licensing/credentialing/certification as established by federal and state regulations
- Previous management experience in a retail pharmacy setting, 340B knowledge a bonus
- 5 years pharmacist experience minimum, 3 years pharmacy management experience
- Immunization certification preferred
- Vaccination administration
- Planning and implementation of growth strategies for pharmacy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, exceptional patient service skills
