Pharmacy Manager

This role reports to the Director of Pharmacy Operations and focuses on receiving, preparing, and delivering prescriptions accurately and on time. Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet patient needs and counsel patients with appropriate documentation. Provide friendly, positive, and proactive interactions with all internal and external customers.

Supervise and guide Pharmacy staff, including hiring, performance management, scheduling, and ongoing training for technicians, interns, and assistants. Accountable for the financial and operational success of the department, including reviewing budgeted sales and controlling costs. Ensure compliance with OCP and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

Administer vaccinations, conduct point-of-care testing, and provide professional services like medication reviews and minor ailment prescribing. Identify sales opportunities and resolve patient and doctor issues promptly.
