PharMerica is hiring full-time Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians in Vancouver, WA. Join the closed-door, non-retail pharmacy team supporting long-term care and senior living communities. Accurately enter and process medication orders to ensure timely and safe patient care.

Requirements
- Washington Pharmacy Technician License – REQUIRED
- PTCB Certification (new hires have 6 months to obtain with coaching provided)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Efficiency in managing high-volume workflow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for order entry systems
- Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance
Responsibilities
- Enter and verify medication orders in a computerized system with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct basic drug calculations, including dosage and conversion tasks
- Investigate and resolve pharmacy claim denials; perform follow-up actions in POS systems
- Stay current with Medicaid claim regulations and ensure compliance in processing
- Track unpaid or delayed claims; generate reports for management
- Provide excellent customer service in line with company values and policies
- Assist with medication preparation and dispensing under Pharmacist supervision
- Support additional pharmacy tasks and operations as directed by management
