The Pharmacy Technician supports daily operations by performing license-required tasks that support order fulfillment. Flexibility is essential to move between workflows and consistently meet metrics and shipping targets.

Assist pharmacists with daily order dispensing per pharmacy policies, including unit dose compliance packaging, tablet fill, picking, labeling, packaging, shipping, and basic receiving. Rotate between stations within the pharmacy and assist in production duties. Focus remains on internal operations without external customer service.

Requirements

  • Pharmacy Technician License (Oregon) or Certified status, or Trainee willingness to obtain license
  • Ability to perform license-required tasks supporting order fulfillment
  • Flexibility to move between pharmacy workflows based on demands
  • Capacity to consistently meet operational metrics
  • Ability to meet shipping performance targets
  • Support in applying for and obtaining Oregon Pharmacy Technician License within 30 days if trainee

Responsibilities

  • Assist pharmacists with daily order dispensing in accordance with pharmacy policies and procedures
  • Perform unit dose compliance packaging and tablet fill
  • Pick and label prescription orders
  • Package and ship orders
  • Perform basic receiving functions
  • Rotate between stations within the pharmacy
  • Assist in production duties
