As an accredited Accuracy Checking Technician in Digital Health Services, provide essential administrative support for DMS stages 2 and 3.

Engage with patients daily by phone ensuring a supportive, patient-centered approach. Provide administrative support for NMS, DMS, PCS, and other business needs. Uphold high quality standards while supporting day-to-day clinical operations.

Work closely with pharmacy teams, customer service, purchasing, operations, and pharmacists. Operate effectively in a busy environment maintaining accuracy and focus. Contribute to individual and team goals aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Accredited Accuracy Checking Technician registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Numerate
  • IT literate
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and focus in a busy pharmacy environment
  • Knowledge of pharmacy services including DMS, NMS, and PCS
  • Experience providing administrative support in clinical pharmacy operations

Responsibilities

  • Deliver stages 2 and 3 of DMS Discharge Medication Service within Digital Health Services Team
  • Engage with patients daily by phone ensuring a supportive and patient-centered approach
  • Provide administrative support for NMS, DMS, PCS, and other business needs
  • Uphold all legal, ethical, professional, and company standards
  • Operate effectively in a busy environment while maintaining accuracy and focus
  • Contribute to achieving individual and team goals aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with key teams including customer service, purchasing, operations, and pharmacists
  • Help foster a workplace culture that is welcoming, inclusive, and positive
