This role supports the Drug Development Hyderabad Head by driving project coordination and administrative efforts across DD HYD. Daily tasks include managing SharePoint sites, handling user requests, and maintaining project staffing lists. Executive support involves correspondence routing, meeting coordination, and calendar management across time zones.

Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot SharePoint issues, ensure permissions, and optimize financial reporting. Coordinate departmental meetings, off-site activities, and vendor interactions while preparing materials and summaries. Maintain office operations like filing, expenses, and supply requisitions for smooth functionality.

Requirements

  • Proven English speaking and writing skills
  • Experience managing SharePoint sites and permissions
  • Proficiency in handling user request queues and automated flows
  • Ability to track status reports and create summaries
  • Skills in maintaining project staffing and resource mapping
  • Competence in financial reporting workbooks and eTime demand reports
  • Administrative experience with expense reports, travel booking, and purchase orders
  • Knowledge of office operations and meeting coordination

Responsibilities

  • Manage Projects SharePoint sites including permissions hierarchy, external partner access, and troubleshooting with stakeholders
  • Manage SharePoint user request queues, fulfill requests, and respond to user questions
  • Maintain automated flows for SharePoint requests and troubleshoot with stakeholders
  • Manage status report tracking for Initiative Governance, connect with leads, and create summaries
  • Maintain Project Staffing list, ensure accuracy, assist with onboarding and resource mapping
  • Manage updates to financial reporting workbook for efficiency and usability
  • Support executives with correspondence, research, drafting documents, and telecommunications
  • Coordinate meetings, off-site activities, phone and calendar management across time zones
