Play a critical role in patient safety as the final safeguard ensuring safe and accurate supply of HPN and OPAT orders for patients relying on life-sustaining treatments.
You'll complete final accuracy checks on prescriptions containing prescription-only and pharmacy medicines. Record, correct, and raise errors to the lead pharmacist while maintaining accurate pharmacy records for full compliance and clear audit trails. Ensure all prescriptions are processed on time with detailed handovers and support broader pharmacy procedures.

Requirements
- A UK-recognised Level 3 pharmaceutical qualification (BTEC, NVQ or equivalent)
- A GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician with a UK-recognised / GPhC-accredited Accuracy Checking qualification
- A sharp eye for detail and shown experience working with high-volume orders under tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and organisational skills
- Experience with complaint management or prescription investigations (advantageous)
- Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices in a pharmacy environment (advantageous)
