About this role
You could be the one who changes everything for Centene's 28 million members. This work from home call center position focuses on telephonic outreach to complete medication reviews (MTM) and pharmacy adherence. Supports the clinical team through collaboration with prescribers and beneficiaries.
Conduct triage of inbound calls to the MTM hotline and monitor fax line for prescriber responses. Prepare cases for Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs) and communicate with network pharmacies, prescribers, and members. Document services in databases to ensure CMS compliance.
Engage in drug utilization review (DUR) via meeting preparation, letter campaigns, and outreach to members/providers. Support data analytic activities and track interventions for regulatory audits. Work Monday-Friday 11am-8pm in your own time zone after initial training.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0-1 year of experience in pharmacy operations, managed care, hospitals, and/or retail environments
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
- Bilingual - Fluent English & Spanish or other language, highly preferred
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without need for employment-based visa sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Provides medication therapy management (MTM) services via triage of inbound calls to the MTM hotline
- Monitors fax line for prescriber responses and completion of failed faxes
- Supports the pharmacist for completion of Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs) through pre-work up and case preparation
- Communicates with network pharmacies, prescribers, and beneficiaries to provide MTM services
- Documents and records services/activities in appropriate databases/software to ensure compliance with CMS requirements
- Engages in drug utilization review (DUR) by supporting execution of DUR initiatives via meeting preparation, letter campaigns, and telephonic outreach
- Supports basic data analytic activities and tracking of interventions for regulatory audits
